DISCLAIMER AND CONSENT TO THE PUBLICATION AND TRANSMISSION OF IMAGES

By reading this document and accepting the  “Become a speaker” form, authorize, ARP Group Ltd based in Malta, The Penthouse, Carolina Court, Triq Giuseppe Calì, Ta’Xbiex, Company Registration Number C 93881, organizer of the CETA BUNISESS FORUM event (https://www.cetabusinessforum.com) to the transmission and publication and / or dissemination in any form of audio, video or photographic material in which the undersigned appears represented or is otherwise recognizable in relation to the event referred to in the introduction.

The audio-video-photographic material that compromises the dignity or decorum of the persons concerned will not be processed and will be immediately deleted from the ARP Group Ltd Archives.

The publication / dissemination may take place:

• On platforms owned and managed by ARP Group Ltd, including social profiles (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn);
• in printed paper and/or any other means of dissemination / publication;

I also authorize the conservation of the aforementioned material in the computer archives of ARP group Ltd and I acknowledge that the purpose of these publications are of an informative, informative and promotional nature.

The audio / photo / video material will be used in the context of the event and after the event. In consideration of the fact that the above material, once made public, can be acquired and republished by third parties, even without the consent of ARP Group Ltd or of the interested party, I release ARP Group Ltd from any effect prejudicial that may derive from an abusive or incorrect use by third parties of the aforementioned audio-photo-video material.

I confirm that I have nothing to claim by reason of the above and that I irrevocably renounce any right, action or economic claim deriving from the above authorized.
